About the service
Budget AI is a personal budgeting and expense-tracking tool operated by ALI Jan under NexVion in Pakistan. These terms describe use of the app and website. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: nexvion26@gmail.com.
Budget AI is not a bank, payment processor, lender or financial adviser. It does not hold or transfer your money or provide personalised investment, tax or legal advice.
Your account and records
You must be at least 16 and meet any higher age or capacity requirement applicable to you. Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. You remain responsible for checking your records and for financial decisions you make.
AI, imports and exchange rates
Automated drafts, categories and summaries can be incomplete or wrong. Review amounts, currencies, dates, duplicates and direction before saving. Import coverage and background capture depend on platform, permissions, alert format, connectivity and device restrictions. Exchange-rate conversions are estimates, not transaction quotes. Keep independent copies of records you need.
Responsible use
Use the service only for information you are authorised to manage. Do not misuse another person’s financial data, bypass access controls, overload the service, or use it for fraud or unlawful activity. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users or the service.
Availability and changes
The app is preparing for public release. Features may change or be unavailable, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. The current release has no ads or paid subscription; future paid features, if any, will be disclosed before a purchase or commitment. We will communicate material changes as appropriate.
Privacy and leaving
Our privacy policy explains data processing and optional permissions. You may stop using Budget AI and request account deletion at any time. Export needed records first. Deleting the app alone does not delete cloud data.
Your rights
Budget AI branding and software belong to their respective rights holders. You retain rights in your own information. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For a concern or dispute, contact support so we can try to resolve it.
